We are family owned and operated and are located on The St. Lawrence River, in Clayton NY, with an unobstructed view of the River and the passing freighters. Dockage and launch ramp are available onsite. We are within walking distance to the charming Village of Clayton. Our cottages are fresh, and updated with all the modern conveniences, are very well spaced with ample room to practice social distancing.

WATERFRONT--- YOU ARE RIGHT ON THE WATERS EDGE--- The open concept lower unit is perfect for those lazy summer days on the River. Grab a cool drink and watch the swans, ducks, and boating activity from your outside deck complete with patio furniture and a porch swing. Wake up in the morning in your freshly made king size bed, open the curtains on the two sliding patio doors and enjoy the sweeping views of the St. Lawrence River. The bedside lamps have USB ports for easy charging of all your electronics. Fully equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, stove, microwave, drip or keurig coffee maker. Flat screen t.v. The large living room with two couches, and 52" flat screen T.V. is great for watching your favorite shows. The first bedroom has a freshly made queen bed and is a great size, with closet, dresser and bedside table, bedroom lamps have USB ports for all your charging needs. The second bedroom with freshly made queen bed has a dresser and bedside table, lamps have USB ports. This bedroom is attached to a sunroom with River views. There is a large outside deck off the sun room where you can enjoy more of those amazing views of the river. Sunrises, sunsets, and passing freighters and all there is in between. We are on LEVEL waterfront. No stairs to the water.

Whiskey River Cottages would like to give you some details on your upcoming stay with us. We are family owned and operated and are located in Clayton NY, on The St. Lawrence River with an unobstructed view of the River and the passing freighters.

We have dockage and a launch ramp available on premises. If you require dockage, please reserve prior to your arrival. We are within walking distance to the charming Village of Clayton. Most of our cottages feature a full kitchen that includes full size appliances and are fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes and utensils. Each cottage is equipped with an outdoor gas barbeque grill and grilling tools. We provide the propane. Your beds will be freshly made for your arrival. We do ask that you bring your own towels and paper products.

We offer PONTOON BOAT rentals and KAYAK rentals. It is highly recommended to reserve your pontoon boat in advance of your stay, as the number of available boats is limited.

Your cottage is a housekeeping cottage, we are NOT a Motel/Hotel and we ask that you leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived, cleaning supplies are provided. If you prefer, housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee.

ONLY certain cottages are pet friendly, prior approval MUST be obtained before booking or bringing your pet. We ask that you contact us directly via text, phone or email for a copy of our pet policy.

We are NON SMOKING facility, NO SMOKING in or around the cottages or out buildings. We do have an designated smoking area.

CHECK-IN: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call, or text, 585-303-7696, to make check-in arrangements.

CHECK-OUT: 9:00 AM. A later check-out may be arranged

Cancellation: For nightly or weekly rentals. Refunds are issued, only if we are able to rent the cottage to another party. No Refunds for early departure or late arrival.

Deposit: We accept checks, money orders, VENMO or ACH payments to secure reservations. A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation for multiple night stays, with balance due on arrival.

One night Stay (when available) must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable
